Hobbyteka Collector Club – Cancellation Policy

Hobbyteka Collector Club memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions and automatically renew each month until cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. There is no minimum membership term.

You can cancel your membership through your customer account or by contacting Hobbyteka.

Cancellation prevents future membership renewals and recurring charges. Any membership benefits that require an active membership will end when the applicable paid membership period ends.

Club Balance

Club Balance (Guthaben) already credited to your account remains available after cancellation and does not expire.

Cancelling your membership does not convert your Club Balance into cash. Club Balance is non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn or refunded in cash, and may only be used for eligible purchases from Hobbyteka.

No additional monthly Club Balance will be credited after the membership ends.

Membership Benefits

After the active membership period ends, membership-only benefits, including the 5% Club Discount and tier-specific perks, are no longer available.

Any unused Anniversary progress is reset when the membership is cancelled.

Referral Rewards already earned before cancellation remain subject to their individual expiration dates and applicable Referral Program rules.

Reactivation

If you subscribe again at a later date, any previously accumulated Club Balance remains available. A new Anniversary progress period begins with the new membership.

Refunds

Membership payments already processed are generally non-refundable. Cancelling a membership prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed.

This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
