FAQ

How does the Birthday Bonus work?

Eligible active members receive Club Balance equal to their age. Birthday eligibility begins after 90 days of continuous membership.

Does Club Balance expire?

No. Your accumulated Club Balance does not expire.

What happens to my Club Balance if I cancel?

It stays in your Hobbyteka customer account.

Can I use Club Balance to pay my membership?

No. Membership payments are charged separately.

Can Referral Rewards be combined?

Only one Referral Reward can be used per order, but it can stack with the standard 5% Club Discount.

Does the 5% discount apply to everything?

No. Shipping, gift cards, custom sculpting and selected custom services may be excluded.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Your membership continues until the end of the already paid membership period.
